Lag Spike(?) Problem After 229 Release

I must say that this can be a network related problem but it's started after 229 build. I tried opening ports (actually dmz mode) , checked if windows firewall is disabled , also set my modem's security settings to "none" . I'm well aware these are not safe options but I tried still no result.

I'm having a lag issue . I'm blinking on the map on random times (I think you call this lagspike). I'm connected on wireless. Actually I have 2 wifi networks that I can connect. One is far away from me (getting around 120-160 ping with this one) and it's lag spike free most of the time. Other (my main connection) is close to me (actually in the same room) and I'm getting 80-120 ping with it (which is usual because of my country's location) and causes me to blink around map and this makes game unplayable. Other connection gives higher pings and also it's open to public so I can't rely on it. If someone else begins downloading my ping flies around 500-700 on that.

Also I forget to say that I don't always get 80-120 ping , after lag spikes when I pressed "TAB" I usually see a ping around 200-400.

Please even if it's not a game related problem , please point me how to fix it . If it's because of my modem(router) tell me what to do . Or if it's about my internet provider please tell me what to say them because most of them don't know even a little about computers (at least ones on the phone)

My "net_log 3" report ;

I forgot and played an around 10m match with logging , so it was about 4mb and i had to cut most of its last pages . still i believe my problem should be seen from these lines

My dxdiag report ;

    I have also been getting lag spikes in the past week. I am on a cable connection and have not had any recent disruptions including any other game I play (TF2,DoW,SC2). I also conducted a basic ping test in CMD to Google while playing the game and ping results were steady during times of in game lag spikes (50ms Average).

    Update: Reset modem and all connections and called cable company to ensure no faults were found. Still experiencing 500ms+ ping spikes.

    I must say sorry , it was a problem related to me . I had a fabricate(?) reset on my router and forgot about it . Changing wireless channel from 6 to 3 solved my lagspike problem. Thanks for help
