Better performance for GTX 660Ti

I'm new owner of GTX 660Ti and after switch of from radeon 6950 i think performance increase is lowet than in other games.
my pc:
i5 2500k
8gb ram 1600mhz
geforce GTX 660Ti
windows 8

1680x1050, details maxed without Vsync.

Highest FPS before was 60fps now it is 70. For Radeon average fps was 43 now it is 45 maybe 50.
Ant the most important think is that, on both card fps drop to 20-25 fps when is to much action on screen

Yes, this card have only 192 bit memory bus and probably you will tell me this reason, but i check it in Open Hardware monitor and memory controller from Geforce when I played, it was never used more than 86%, so 192bit memory bus it not reason.
Conclusion, if memory bus don't limiting performance then gtx 660Ti is comparable with 670, so why i have that low number of FPS? :P

Those FPS drops are expected if you're running that 2500k on stock speeds (3.3Ghz), OC that baby to at least 4.0Ghz to see much nicer FPS during combat. Or simply enable the CPU turbo mode (3.8Ghz if I remember correctly). Proper OC is more stable and faster though.

The GPU is not that much a part of the FPS issues.

the cpu is not the problem even with oc will not see a huge increase on fps . maybe driver problem with w8 if you check other people post you will see they are running with lower cpu and video cards than yours, with a decent fps

    Note quite :)

If I run mine on stock speeds I'm bound to see FPS drops in heavy combat, but turbomode or rather OCing it keeps the FPS up in the range of 50-60.
