Favorites server refresh

Can you change it so that when you refresh with the favorites filter on, it only refreshes your favorites? There is no reason to refresh the 600 some servers when you are looking at your favorites. If you flip the filter off, then just refresh and it updates everything again (might want to make a tool-tip about this, or just auto refresh one time once the filter is turned off)
