    I think you cant refound or resell it, cause its linked to your steam account, steam EULA.

    As per <a href="https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8360-wejc-2625#refund" target="_blank">steam policy</a>, refunds are not allowed. You can try contacting <a href="https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php" target="_blank">steam support</a> as there is the odd success story of a refund being allowed.
