Balance getting worse, not better. Why?, Aliens now winning 66% of games - how do we fix this?

Alien wins 66%?, no marines are!
Despite the QQ of those who bemoaned the Onos egg changes a patch ago, the reality is that marines are winning more than ever. Of the first games played on build 233 on some selected servers as 'Forzen Dawn', Monash NS2', Marines have won ~66% of them. If i click other random servers it's diffrent!
Before any ignorant individuals pop into the thread with their "aliens need to learn to play" comments, it should be noted that competitive games have the same outcome. That tells me this is not a 'skill' issue. It also tells me that I should ignore anyone who suggests that pub game stats shouldn't be taken into consideration.
With that said, how do we fix this? I'm not talking in specifics here. While I think electrified res nodes would go a long way to restoring game balance, that's not what I'm looking to discuss - Google Moderator can be used for specific suggestions. I want to try and figure out what - in principle - marines are dominating to such an extent that it is skewing game balance.
In the 100+ games that I have played, I've noticed a number of things.
*Marines, by nature of their slow speed, are able to make significant early game progress because they can shoot skuls with 10 bullets. Marines can drop an extractor and be able do make them very fast!. Then when they retreat to protect it the second one they put up is under attack, they just shoot skulks there and go futher where aliens have to walk all way back and shew it again.
*Marines are also outkilling aliens to a marked extent. Without upgrades aliens die very fast in the early game, and later game marines are just as deadly. There is no one thing I can point to here to explain this, other than perhaps hit registration. Since hit registration seems to impact ranged shots, aliens dies very fast around corners.
*Late game is also a loss for aliens, due to lack of a viable counter against Exo's (No, Onos are not a counter.) With the stunted resource flow crippling aliens progression, once marines get their second CC and jetpacks it's game over, whether the aliens have a third hiveor not.
So what is it? What is driving this balance spread? Where are aliens falling behind? Resources? Upgrades? Survivability?

A well, the other thread uses crap-info as well, i see no diffrence. I think these stats are more clear then the numbers i saw in the other thread. Maby these numbers are even better, because they are from servers that actually plays ns2-games and not mixed up with modded-servers in making it's conclusions from it. If a mod see this topic, please just lock or delete it. I want to made a note that players don't just make simple conclusions in selecting ''all servers' on nsstats and then post conclusions here, that's stupid. Talking about balance is ok and good, talking about balance with wrong and mixed-up stats is talking about nothing.

oh crap thats right , not an admin.
Not 12v12 or 11v11 like most of the games that are played now

The game gets more biased for marines as the player counts jump up. If this is the factor of discrepancy we should be seeing the opposite trend in the statistics. This is probably the main reason why "competitive" statistics seem to indicate an even higher rate of alien wins, although most competitive players will argue that marines tend to claim much more ground in competitive games than they do on average in pubs.
