[BUG?] Server Browser Inconsistencies

So... this server browser that's supposed to be perfect now is full of glitches for me. Is it just me or someone else?
A few "problems" - filters aren't applied WHILE refreshing, unless you click something. It'd be nice if filters are applied while refreshing. I'm actually not sure if this is entirely true or it's just the "favorites" filter.
Also, the "favorites" filter seems to never be applied at the start of the game unless it's clicked off and on again... not sure if this is the case with other filters too.
Also, there's some weird things about inconsistent filtering, like a server will be shown, but when updating finishes it will disappear from the list.
Can you please make it consistent so the settings are rememebered (I think there's no problems with that but please make sure) and that the server list is filtered consistently on launch, while refreshing it, and at the end of the refresh.
It'd be ideal if the filters were "realtime."
Not sure if this can be easily done, but I'd appreciate it greatly if it's rock solid.
