Newest patch broke game for me

Hey guys,
I have the following system
Intel core I7 CPU 3.6Ghz
6Gb Ram
GTX 460.
Until this last patch I could play on High settings and never had an issue.
Now everything is chopping from load up.
I have ran r_stats to see what the output was when im playing....
So here is the deal.
I have 100FPS but it has 10-100ms wait for GPU. Before this was at 0-1ms... Any ideas on how to fix this?
I hope the devs see this... I have 177 hours of gameplay sense launch and recommended many people to the game.
Please get this fixed ASAP.

Just saw there is newer drivers i can try those...
