Where is the "Ok" button

I want to try to make my own mod but I can't because I can't create a new mod :(
As you can see :

    No you are absolutely correct, you are lacking buttons. And for some reason, your applications doesn't have 2 columns.
    My first guess would be that this has to do with resolution, but it would be strange, since even if I re-size the launchpad window on my computer, I cant get rid of those buttons, or make it a single column...

    Not really sure why this happens for you, have you tried verifying the game cache, or grasping for straws, to change your screen resolution to different values?
    But yeah I don't really know why or how to fix it, just guessing here.

    It's the increased font size in Windows, if you put that back to default you'll be able to see the buttons.

    Finally, I use TAB to select OK and it works
    For information my resolution is 1920x1080

    Instead of increasing font size, you should use the setting for high DPI monitors. If you are doing this then it's very weird that this is occuring.
