Alright, after some months of not playing this game because of my computer being slow (I was in the beta), I bought myself a new one. The game is much better with a good computer I have to say, and now to the point: When more than one marine is building something, I think the marine that started building should get the res for it. I feel like if you are building an extractor for example to 90% and some other marine joins in and gets the res, it isn't really fair. Oh well, it is just a minor complain.

Also, do you get points for repairing exosuits?

    They do not get res, I think you are talking about the points you get in your score.

    The devs are aware of the issue, it has been brought up several times already. There just hasn't been any time for implementing a proper scoring system for assists yet.

    I'm new to the game (bought it on the first $10 sale day, played like 30 hours so far), and have been lurking the forums and google moderate a bit. Do the dev team ever comment in these threads? And do they open up development for free from the community, for things such as a proper assist scoring system that everyone is asking for (and I'm sure a number of capable people might step up to the challenge to work on at something like github)?

    Yes and yes, for the most part. The spectating system is community made, for example.
