Server does strange things

<div class="IPBDescription">Instant updates, Fast infestation, Instant buildings</div>I've some trouble running my server. Everything works fine exept a few times.

First my server setup:
Hypervisor:
Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.4 Ghz
SMT Active (8 Threads)
32 Gb Ram
100 Mbps Up/Down to internet
Running Debian Squeeze
Kernel 2.6.32-5
KVM-Hypervisor

Guest:
Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter
All CPU features exept Intel-Vx
8GB Ram
7 Threads (To be sure i have one thread to kill the vm if it goes crazy)
Hypervisor routed network connection with own ip.

Only running for one ns2 server.

I think the hardware should be able to run one 18P ns2 server. (I do some more with it but nothing what eats cpu like ns2)

So now to my problems:

A few player noticed that buildings at alienside are sometimes instant.
The same happens with upgrades on both sides. (Reserch shotgun in 1 Sec.)
Also some players have errors in the console. (<a href="http://i.imgur.com/xd7Tm.jpg" target="_blank">Picture</a>)

Can someone help me to fix this?

Seems a lot of unable to find files.

What is the path to the server? Does it contain any non alpha-numeric characters?

Have you run a verify on the files using SteamCmd?

How are you doing time synchronization on the guest?

    path to server: C:\gameserver\ns2
    path to config: C:\Users\caradas\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2\config #1

    verify done ;)

Try get rid of the #

Why not have the config folder under your server folder.

Edit: It's KVM but QEMU can be used in KVM so we are really close to the same virtualization with same 2008 R2 behind. Could be linked to our issue.
