Explore mode stuck on "starting local server"

Hey,
So the normal game works fine but when trying explore mode the game says "starting local server" and hangs. I have left it sitting there to see if it would do anything for over a half hour but nothing changed. Searched but did not see people having the same issue. What type of info do you need from me? Thank you,

Now that they are back in the office maybe this will get looked at.

I've had this same issue ever since installing the game. I can play other games normally. When I load explore mode it say press f4 for ready room at top and screen is blank. I can bring up the console and type disconnect to get back to the menu. I already reinstalled the game once.
