Help a New Spark Editor Ueser!

-needs some improvments, point taken NS2 did not work with the hammer editor for source and you have created this from the ground up. great work !!

Lacking youtube videos
-most of the beginner videos dont even show you anything relevent, example what button your pushing for a free look cam view in the perspective overview (holding right mouse button allows you to ues w,a,s,d to fly around)
Please help me !

-path defined: for people that do not have a clue how to find where the spark editor is on your computer for NS2 due to it not being under the tools in the steam tool page.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Natural Selection 2\LaunchPad.exe
and open the editor :D

likes and general questions
-the extrude tool that allows you to pull the brush towards yourself to make a box or away to inverted block with the walls on the inside (can you add a toggle to what it dose eaither makes a box or makes a hollow room)?
-how the editor only draws one texture on one side, still trying to wrap my head around this?
-***what are the dimensions of each character when standing and crouching so that doorways and tunnels can be properly sized for better gameplay?
-**when uesing the top down view and makeing several brushes side by side with some space between them, then looking at them from the side or front view they are all at diffrent hights? (what determians how high it is created.?
-what do i ues as a spawn point for the game portion of the map not the ready room.
-i hold shift to snap to grid by grabing the edge befor or afrer hitting shift.? so it snaps brushes
together on the edges but not the verticals ? (snaping to grid seams to me problematic in this editor)
-what is with the spot light effect of the grid when im zooming over the cam view from a distance ?

dislikes and potential fixes
-***when making a brush and the verticals of the brush touch the edges of another brush they are welded togeather and moving one affects the other? usaly at one or more of the verticals?
-***when two brushes touch and the verticals are shard by both, moving one affects the other. y are they connecting together when they are clearly two diffrent brushes ?
-***why can i not make a box inverted, then make a circle on the inside wall of that box, then uesing the extrude tool pull the circle out to make a tunnel that touches another box that is inverted and have it connect to that box ..?
-***i can not cut out the circle on the other box with the pencile tool.?
-***no cliping tool ? or am i missing how the pencil tool works ?
-***snap to grid is a pain, well i can with shift .. but some times ends up dubbling slected items ?
-***needs some kind of indacator on the edges of the brush on the top, front, and side views once a selected in the determined incurments, i been counting grid squares ...?
-**need a better explanation in the entiy menu, what do things do and how do we ues them, like in the hammer editor for source it has a tiny help button apon opening the specific for that enity menu.
-*sound static in headset apon opening the editor?

Spark Editor Crashed on me!
- scrolling down in the props list and it crashes on me every time at this same point about 50 or so down from the top ?

Check out the mapping guidelines PDF file if you haven't already, you can find it in your NS2 installation:
C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Natural Selection 2\Mapping Guidelines.pdf
It has lots of good info.
