Question re: Buy Natural Selection 2 - 4-pack

With the Buy Natural Selection 2 - 4-pack option in steam ..

it says 'one for you and 3 others' ..

now I already have it .. how do you buy this and get the 4 as gifts for others?

Not sure if buying it as a gift will buy the 4 pack as a gift or 4 individual NS2's as gifts or what .. but not willing to spend $ to find out :P or if you can only buy the pack for yourself

    if you already own it then you cannot buy the 4-pack. Unless you do it on a friends steam account who doesn't have it.

    I intended to offer ns2 to 4 friends and could not so I asked the support here is the exchange:

A bit of a pain, but as long as it works that's all that matters. It's too bad since I know people would likely purchase more if it wasn't such a hassle.

    Yeah, I tried to buy a 4-pack for gifts as well, and I got the same answer from Steam support as Ender. Seems a shame, they won't let me give them my money in order to promote the game for them. :/
