Low FPS

Yea it's another of the thousands of threads about it, but i really don't know what to do. I tried everything, and still can't play.
I have from 20 to 10 fps with the lower settings possible (640x480).
That's odd, becouse i have a much better pc then recomended, and even my friends with worst pc runs it no problem.
My pc specs are:
It's a laptop Asus x52j
Intel i7 Q740 1.73 GHZ
Radeon HD 6370 1gb
4 GB ram
Win 7
Should be enough for the game, but somehow don't. I run other newer game like Far Cry 3 (mid details, no problems at all), Dishonored, Shogun T.W 2
and i have >60 fps. I really don't know what to do.

* On Intel i7 Qxxx (first generation i7) if you have > 60°C | 140°F. You lost many FPS.
* 1.73Ghz ! (it's very light for ns2)
- HD 6370, it's a notebook ?
* if yes, it's normal to get a low fps.
