Is there anyway to delete Steam Cloud "saves" for NS2?

When you right click NS2 and select properties, then select the update tab, on the bottom its says Steam Cloud, my Cloud has 3.02 KB stored/ 100.00 MB available. I know its sounds stupid but, is there anyway to delete the 3.02 KB from Steam Cloud because its kind of annoying me because of my OCD.

Actually, every game you own will have a little space used in there. Check it out. I have Steam cloud disabled and although the info is greyed out, I can still see that it is using space. It's probably the default data size needed for Steam cloud to operate. It would seem that even if you don't have the cloud synchronize the game, it keeps a default set in there as a placeholder. Or something like that anyway.

Open cmd and type net user administrator /active=yes

Tip for next time you format, make the main account some random name, log in, go to local security policy, local policies->security options, activate the admin account, rename it to what you want the user name to be, (both options are near the top), login to that account, delete the premade account with the random name. Enjoy full your full access account that has your name on it.

EDIT: Only do this when you first format, doing it after you've been using the computer for months is a bitch because so many things are tied to the "not full admin" account you've been using. It's so hard to shift it all over.

That or just use normal permissions escalation like a sane OS, rather than intentionally breaking the security measures built in to limit access and the scope of catastrophic events.
Just saying... 'the next time you format' isn't really a thing when proper system care and feeding is performed. Really. Takes like three seconds to type in your administrative account password when escalation is actually needed.

I reformat when I've got too much crap installed and can't be bothered getting rid of everything, so I just wipe it and start new.

Well I did all the steps, deleted the folders etc. but when I start the game back up and exit it, it says that there still is 3.02 Kb in Steam Cloud. I think maybe the data stored in Steam Cloud is actually the graphic settings but I'm not 100% sure. Oh well thanks for the help anyway but I'm pretty sure that you can't delete graphic settings from Steam Cloud.
