"Client and Server differ" barely servers

Hello,
I have this Problem since 239
It appears randomly now I played on a public server for an hour and wanted to change it and the Problem appeared again.
I already verified the integrity of the local files via steam, I deleted "shader" folder and verified again, I deactivated all Mods.. nothing helps
This problem appears always when i want to join the HBZ 1 Server
none of my Friends has this problem

In a similar thread I red that verifieng hepls, but not in my case

Also can vouch for this bug, joined a friends server, was fine, when it changed map, i got kicked for client and server differ "consistancy check failed on models\mac.model" or whatever the file is.
No, I don't have fucking coloured models, it only happens sometimes when the map changes, and an exception line for that model ONLY let me join in just fine.

You have to right click the Natural Selection 2 in ure library in steam and in the properties go in to the local files tab and use the verify integrity of game cache.

Really? Like, he said he already did that, I said I had the same issue, and your solution was to do what we already did?

I turned on the console this time after that error happened,
the console tells "as you see in the screen" that I miss some files from the "models" folder and some others which the "verify integrity" funktion does ignore
I tried to delete the shown folders and download them new with "verify integrity" but it downloaded again everything but not the missing ones.

I just deleted and downloaded the whole game and it looks like the files are still missing

Those errors are normal and not the cause of your issue as babblers and gorge tunnels have not been released yet.

Does this happen when the server switches to Docking and Refinery?

as far as I can see the problem appears at

generally with all maps

I would blame the server but it worked all the time perfectly and my friends still have no problems

When you get the error there should be a message in your console about what file failed consistency checking. Can you try connecting and then posting your log after you receive the error to see what file is failing the check?

the hbz servers are running our ensl consistency check. however there should be no problems with connecting since the same cons. check runs on the gather servers without a problem. in your screen it says that some marineorder.dds failed cons check but i dunno if thats the problem. if possible please post your log.txt (from appdata > roaming > ns2 ) with pastebin or something similiar.
btw this is our current consistency check
could be possible that hbz uses a slightly modified version.

I would try deleting this file and then running a verify through steam so that it re-downloads the file:

Error: Couldn't load texture 'ui/marine_order.dds' (Couldn't lock file)
Error: File 'ui/marine_order.dds' failed consistency check!

1. can you join on other servers ? i might just be a problem with the consistency check.
2. if 1. doesnt work you will have to reinstall everything

I can join other servers I played today a couple of hours
just these two "my favorite servers" I can't join
I also tried to reinstall everything

ill talk to depara about the consistency checking since this appears to be the problem.
while im doing that can you please try to connect to the ENSL Gather servers ? they run almost the same consistency checking.

I played right now on a gather server
works perfect
