Downloading live matches?

So I work 10 hours a day staring at a computer screen, and it can get kind of boring. Luckily I can listen to my music and watch videos on my MP3 player, since they have most internet access blocked off at my work.

I really want to get a hold of the live competitive matches that went on recently from twitch.tv but there's no way of downloading them, unless you're the owner of that video.

So I ask, is there any way to obtain these videos for me to watch while I'm at work? I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a slow connection (South Africa) and would definitely appreciate the ability to download NS2 videos as well, as I cannot buffer the videos fast enough to watch them (and when I leave it overnight to buffer, that for some reason buffers a few minutes and then just stops).

There are applications that allow you to download video's to your hard drive. Replay Media Catcher is an example which I use on some sites.

Disclaimer: However, keep in mind that some sites have policies that state that you may not download files directly to your PC, don't forget to read the terms of use for the sites you're interested in.

Would it be wrong of me to ask which programs do this exactly?

I can't seem to find anything that would allow me to download from twitch.tv

I can certainly get Youtube videos and such from other sites, but twitch seems to the only one I'm having trouble with.
