Performance Hit after update

It appears to be due to the new little gorge follows but performance with this update is terrible as has been known for a long time AI units eat CPU for this game and it appears no optimizations were made with the recent build. I am seeing tick drops very soon in matches that used to only be caused by mass arc movements.
Is anyone else seeing massive performance loss. I went from drops to 15 tick in the very late game to tick drops to 3 and 5. I have not seen 3 and 5 tick rate on my server after the game released until now.

It also feels like skulks are heavier or something, their jumping is really weird. Maybe it's connected to the sluggishness of streaming at the same time.
For client I am seeing good if not better FPS but server performance has tanked it is like at beta level again. Hopefully they can get it fixed up to at least as good as it was prior to the update.
Either they need to make this game use multi threading or give our server hosts 5Ghz cpus for free lol.
As for skulks I think they are slower or something I feel like they are made of concrete now or something.
