Voice chat problems

Hello,
I hope it is the rigth place to report bugs, couldn't find an issue tracker. I have a problem with the voice chat. I can't hear other player (the normal sound works). If I delete the follwing lines from the system_options.xml file, the sound work for the next run of the game. But the game overrides the settings again and it don't work for the next time.
I'm using a 5.1 sound system for sound output and an extra usb headset for the voice input.
I think that the voice chat is very important in the game and i don't want to miss it. Does anbody now what the problem is? If UW is intresested in more system specs, I can post them.
Edit: I already had the problem before the update, but the update reseted my config and I noticed that it's possbile to work around it by deleting or changing the config.
