A small UI addition for the Gorge

Show somewhere in the HUD how many structures of the current type you have placed already while placing them. I sometimes forget how many Clogs I already placed or how many are still left after an enemy destroyed some and have to go back to the buy menu to see it.

It would also be nice if the game could highlight the structure (maybe as blinking yellow overlay on the mesh itself and also on the radar map for stuff like Hydras or Gorge Tunnels) that would be destroyed automatically by placing another structure, so you don't get any bad surprises.

First one especially since we don't have to hit the buttons every time anymore.

Destroying has always been a bit of guesswork, so I definitely agree with the second as well.

Yeah I had that same issue last night, never quite sure if I was going to be removing clogs without double checking.

Huh? I have never seen any different than always the oldest beeing destroyed. Ever.
But i agree on the first one. This would be especially helpful when hydras are destroyed. One wouldn't have to check on the build menu to check if it was the own one or someone elses.

True, but sometimes you forget which is the first one you placed. This would show you which it was so that you'd know for sure which was going to be destroyed.

I must have misread the second part. Though I do agree it's a good idea.

I think it'd also be useful to have the game show you which clog you will destroy voluntarily (by holding 'e') with some sort of yellow overlay as well. Sometimes you've got a cluster of clogs and the one you thought you were destroying doesn't get destroyed, and you end up goofing up your structure.

It would be nice to no longer mistakenly place the 11th clog and watching your clog wall fall apart.

i've personally never built a wall where the 11th one breaks it, but i also count as i place them. It'd be nice, but i also suck at gorging and my walls never make sense soo

uhhh if you read the thread, obviously you did not, it was mentioned that they didn't want to have to do this, and have it replaced by a ui element.
