  #1 you can start with crouch immediately, I press shift with the pinky then flatten out the finger and slide it onto control.
  
  Combind #2 with mouse movement. So combinations of WA/WD and turning the mouse left/right respective that lets you steer in flight.

  Always great to see some top level fade play from first perspective, even if it's just a basic movement tutorial. Reminds me my fade play is nowhere near acceptable.
