Weird visual artifact after marine spawn

Hello everyone. This thing started appearing on my screen today. The white circle appears only for 2-3 seconds after spawn and seems to only appear if I'm watching the protolab. I didn't try to reproduce it.

    I had this in a game as well a few days ago when I purchased a railgun-exo. One of the arms on the protolab had a shining light if you looked at it from a certain angle.

    It's also happened on the top part of the Advanced Armory... Something about a bright light slapping them bloom thingies around in a naughty way
