Take a shot every time a random RT (Skylights, comp lab, one of the other out-of-the-way nodes the skulks love to bite) starts going down and 3+ marines start sprinting there like the game depends on it.
Someone once challenged me to a "most kills at the end of a round" game, where I chose the loser to take a shot. Sadly, my opponent chose to stay sober for the entire week. This is pretty tame since a round can last anywhere between 5 mins to an hour, though.
How about taking a swig each time you die? If you're playing seriously, you and/or your opponent won't stay cooped up in base... I guess it wouldn't be fair if you were drinking vodka and I was drinking wine, though. :P
If you ever play on the KKG servers, I'll definitely be up for a drinking game or two.
Oh boy... when you have that one awesome game every once in a while when you get like 2 Onos kills and a Fade kill in the course of like two minutes...
To spice it up you should probably add shots when you get killed as well, else it'll end up being a pretty dull drinking game. (with how rarely you get to deal the finishing blow on fades and onos especially, not to mention you could avoid killing them to avoid shots)
Marines:
IF the commander builds a robotics factory in the first 3 minutes, finish your beer.
IF the commander builds an armory first, take a refreshing sip of beer. Things are looking up.
IF the commander builds a second IP before securing a second Resource Tower, take a shot.
IF the commander researches Phase Tech before any other tech, take a Drink.
IF the commander rushes Exos with out getting Armour upgrades, take a shot.
IF the commander has not researched welders after five minutes, take a sip for each extra minute they have not been researched.
If you die while holding a welder, take a sip of beer.
If you die while holding a shotgun, flame Thrower or grenade launcher, take a drink.
If you die with a jet pack, take a Shot to refuel.
If you die inside a Duel mini-gun Exosuit, finish your beer and take a shot to make the pain go away.
If you die inside a Rail gun Exosuit, take a drink.
If you die inside a Single mini-gun Exosuit, take a shot.
Every time you build something, take a sip of beer.
Every time you rebuild a power node, take a victory swig.

I usually take a drink every time a life form higher than gorge gets killed... but that's only in 6v6 games on a 24 player server it would probably be too much
Any drinking games associated with NS2 would end up with too many people in hospital for alcohol poisoning.

Though i keep my conditioning up year round, mostly, anyways. :-D

Take a shot every time you see your dropped shotgun vanish right before you reach it.
Take a shot every time your teammate steals your shotgun.
Take 2 shots after successfully stalking him, pretending a gun-jam when he gets attacked, and getting back your precious shotgun.
