Exo Minigun not scaling is probably caused by the weapon not being owned by the Exo, but rather by his left or right hand. A bit of a strange implementation, but that's how it is.
(note: no balance changes for b223 as it was a hotfix)

-Exo Claw damage not scaling anymore (edit: now confirmed, Claw and Minigun don't sclae with weapon upgrades) -replaced Skulk's Bite with BiteMinor (25 damage), BiteMedium (50 damage) and BiteFull (75 damage) the skulk's bite-damage depends on how good you hit since b224. you will probably mix up many different kinds of bite-hits in a real combat situation, but having the nr. hits for minor bites easily allows you to calculate any combination (because medium bite is 2*minor, full bite is 3*minor). plus i think people should be aware of this as it is the only attack which has such a mechanic.

allowed character limit per post seems to be somewhere around 19-20k. the "Attacks until Death/Destruction"-chart takes more than 170k so splitting it up among several posts won't help much (also because the possibility of scrolling is gone).
solution:
the "Attacks until Death/Destruction" is gone for now. i will probably upload it as a plain .txt or something sometime soon. in the long run, ns2hub will host a much better format of the data anyway (arga is still a bit busy and i'm moving out + there is one exam left, so hang in there please ) .
all the other charts take up ~37k combined, so i split that up to fit into two posts which might already be enough for many people to dig into.
I'm curious about the power node points bug: in game it says +15 for destroying a power node, in your extracted info it says this, but it actually gives you +30 on the scoreboard (still does this!). Where is that x2 coming from?!
can only guess (as you said, it's a bug). maybe the game somehow thinks you destroyed it twice due to the special way power works compared to ordinary structures.

as for the patch: wow! thats a lot of changes. luckily i tailored my script to be as dynamic as possible but with this massive amount of changes and i cannot guarantee that the charts will be free of bugs, especially since i didn't get to play ns2 myself since a couple of patches.
some hard-coded stuff i'm taking into consideration now:
-changed puncture factor 1.25->1.5
-miniguns now scale with weapon upgrades (claw and railgun still don't scale? can someone confirm this?)
-flamethrower and grenade launchers don't scale with weapon upgrades anymore

the reason i dont fiddle as much with this matlab script is that i'd rather get the new one done (plus duty-stuff).
