It's not random, these are the default ones (UWE's default ports are based on Goldsrc/Source). You could of course setup your own ports if you want, using the -port tag to be able to run multiple server instances on the same IP/box
Unless you want to host (listen server/dedicated server), there's no real need to forward ports anyways...
Is that not the server client? I mean the client ns2.exe which we use to play the game.
I presume you wanted the ports because you were hosting a listen server? The ports more or less don't matter unless your hosting a server in some form. What exact problem are you having that you need to know the ports?

It should just be the standard Steam ports + 27015/27016 most of the time. However, some servers may be running on non-standard ports (e.g. I run some of mine up to 27032).
