  haha, there was no Inet access for us non-military people in my town until I was 11, but we didn't get the Internet (my dad dealt with intranet a lot at work) until I was 14 as well. The worst decision I ever made was to play an online game called ...<a href='http://www.avara.org/' target='_blank'>Avara</a>, that's where my addiction started. mm, online games...
  
  As for clans, if 8 year olds can join gangs,I don't see a problem with 11 year olds making them for online purposes...
