What mods are banned from competitive play?

I'm thinking of downloading some mods to make my minimaps transparent and the like... I want to get a new alien vision to make things easier to see. However, I'm not sure what isn't allowed in competitive matches. Would anyone happen to know what mods cannot be used in competitive?

Any modification giving an unfair advantage, ex.: model-changing, colour-changing, etc.
ONLY custom crosshairs, transparent maps/map colour changes are allowed.

You used to be able to get away with using minimap mods but (at least for me) they stopped working awhile ago.

Yes, that can easily be exploited. There is 1 mod out right now that makes all the colors super bright neon colors specific to each weapon. This allows you to see on aliens and marines what weapon the marine is holding at very long distances. =/

wait...so it fixes the game to function like an actual fps?

i mean it's bad enough that the comp community is so small and dying, but you aren't doing yourself any favors by not allowing mods to clean up the visuals so you can focus on the game play.
