  It should be in your NS2 folder "\Steam\SteamApps\common\natural selection 2\DeluxeEdition"

  I totally dont even have a folder for it..? I found the steam folder in my program files, but there is no steam apps inside of it.

  Hmm, that can't be because that is where all your Steam games live...
  
  AFAIK, it's not a hidden folder either

  It is worth noting that steam now supports installing stuff to other folders.

  Or just go to your root Steam folder and just search "DeluxEdition"
