The game is not slowly dying, it's quickly living! Each day, hundreds of enthusiastic new players rush to join the ranks of the TSF to protect the universe, our beloved and the values of our society from the alien menace.
Glory to the TSF! Glory to Arstotzka ! Glory to the mods!
And remember, report any individuals spreading subversive moods. A watchful citizen is a commendable citizen!
That thread has a bad title, not really describing the discussion properly, and the title is very negativly formulated.
How about: 'Things that could be improved to make the game even better'.
You know a game is slowly dying when its "Game is Slowly Dying" thread is slowly dying and there is a new thread about that. Now when that thread slow dies,, well.... its really serious.
Did it ever come to your mind that no developer wants to see a thread named like this on top of its board all the time? You can also talk a game dead, exacerbating the situation. A decent title could've been "Are player numbers decreasing? Why?" ... or "What do you want to improve?" or similar, not a crappy stupid and speculative title like "Why is the game slowly dying" which already states the "dying process" as a matter of fact, which it is not.
So yes, please, let this topic die instead. Again, to all guys that want a bigger community, go and play games from big publishers that can afford a lot of marketing. This game will always be fun, even with a small community.
Except it's a forum for discussion not a scientifically objective research group. When you sign up you aren't instructed to refrain from pointing out failings in the game. Maybe that should be included because there's a lot of awkwardness now.
It's going to create a lot of extra work to 'manage' opinions. Just have the official blog and let us post comments on that. Then no need to worry about people creating the 'wrong' kind of threads.

So now everything we post has to include a full disclaimer?
Can't we just respect other people enough and have mature discussions? If you don't like his thread title, you can post in his thread saying why you disagree.
If that particular thread title was seen as damaging, the mods or whoever could have explained so and asked permission to change the title.
Because it became a topic that was debating in circles for hundreds of posts. I had sunk it for this reason. Sadly nothing nefarious. You can still post all you want in it and debate.
I am also closing this post as it is redundant. If you ever have questions about forum stuff, you can always PM me.
