Some people put that on their servers, server replaces like a with 4 and etc. It's for phun when the admin puts that in, but seriously I think thet 1337 talk takes too long to type and is freaking annnoying
I just actually learned to type fast enough to not have to look stupid.
I can type out a whole sentence including caps and punctuation faster than most reflex-only idiots can actually type one of their shorthand messages...
