Jump around

Apparently something is still annoying with skulks and jump.
A/ If you press jump whatever the situation you will go up
ex: If you glued on the ceiling and look down you will have problems (depending on how you move) landing on the floor as you jumps... up.
It would be far more intuitive if jump was a push toward the direction you're looking at. Or away from the wall you're glued on. But it would require some more calculation. And it will not be as intuitive as the direction you look at.
As there is the "OnGround True/false" property, we can have the "forward jump" when we're on walls and ceiling, and the "forward jump & up" when we are on the ground. In fact you can have to completely different thing if you want. Everybody get the point.
B/ Damn i'm glued
If you leap or bunny hop, there will always be the problem of getting glued on a wall... not intentionally. Usually you prefer traveling (and practically gliding with celerity) in the center of alleys and corridors. Just to avoid getting stuck/glued. Especially if you are at top speed (~14).
Maybe having a delay before being able to be glued (and or/slow down) would be effective. If you press jump at that time (not "glue-able") it would be great to "bounce" which isn't the case on every "combination" (wall, floor, ceiling).
Why all that? We need to dodge a little more (not getting stuck) and produce better ambush these days.

You can still perform walljumps with it, but you will always fall down.
Don't thank me, thank Itssupereffectives b250 skulk relearn-vid.
I believe you talk about "crouch" default key (i redefined them all). If you use it you loose speed or don't get the same extra speed. The top speed won't be reached or much slower than it can be (tested long enough on local server to be sure). And we're back to square one.
Strangely i feel the same for fade. It seems you slow down more if you use crouch. But maybe it's me.
So it is "movement special". And so i say "Nope". I also tested it. It is true that it's detaching you from ceiling but it's no jump. That little extra speed from jump is much appreciated. Plus it's a little contrary to bunny hoping as it's tends to slow you towards the "no noise" speed. And it's another to bash on... nope.
I would see "movement special" be the "force-gluing" (which it is actually) when you leap or at high speed (BH). Say it's for special ambushing / positioning purpose with silence. You leap to get in position and you don't want to "miss" so you "force-glue". Usually when you BH you don't want to get glued everywhere.
A good map to get a better grip at what i'm talking about, is Docking. Little crates, details everywhere. (Make celerity and leap)
->Try to reach a speed above 11 from "bar" to "Locker". you'll see a bunch of walls that are a little annoying when you enter locker.
->From "departure" reach a speed above 12 (with leap) at "east wing" and go "Terminal" building more speed. You will probably see some corners you gonna hate.
...or your jump key is gonna die...
Oh BTW "mouse-wheel jump" tweak not authorized. Do it as a rookie learning BH (only option panel).
