Hi,

i STILL can't run NS2 in fullscreen mode ( dx9 ). This has been an issue since quite a while now. As soon as i go fullscreen my XL2420t doesn't get a signal anymore. It's working with the internal laptop-monitor.

Help? ... -.-

so, to clarify, when you run full screen it runs on the laptop monitor by not on your external monitor?

There is a setting now that picks which monitor to display output on. On the grpahics tab, there should be a button called display, second from the top that picks a monitor. Does tha make things go as expected?

No. Fullscreen = possible on laptop monitor, but not on external.

D3D9 fullscreen currently always uses the primary display regardless of which display you select. I believe this was a workaround for some of the issues preventing fullscreen from working in D3D9. Is it possible for you to set your other monitor as the primary display in windows?

Well, the laptop monitor is DISABLED when the external is connected.

Ok...fixed it ..looks like something was wrong with my monitor driver. Reinstalled it ...

Yeah, but it was actually really weird, cuz i already reinstalled the drivers the last time i got this error ... and it didn't help. This time it fixed it and i like the performance increase :)
