[report] graphical glitch, falls area of biodome

While playing on biodome today I noticed a glitch on my welder HUD caused by the shimmering water under the floor in the Falls section of Biodome. As pics show the water is blurring my welder hud rendering it unreadable.

I think it's not a map problem, it's more a water problem. The same glitch occurs in ns2_descent in Hydroanalysis.
Most notable ones are the "grainy shadows" that cover the inside of your teeth as a skulk.
