Marine "x" button menu doesn't work, middle mouse button doesn't work

I'm having a problem that some UI features don't work:
- When I press x as marines, I get the menu where I can ask for health/orders/taunt etc. I get the menu, but none of those buttons do anything.
- Also the shortcuts doesn't work, example by pressing x and h I should be able to ask for orders. Doesn't work.
- Middle mouse button should start a beacon on the map (the red beacon with sound). Doesn't work.
