1. I bought 2 Gold and used one on another account and it doesn't show up in the player list in-game anymore. It used to work then all of a sudden he got an email validate message, we did that and now nothing. They are both under the same email address (same as this forum) but they obviously have been setup under different STEAMID. This one works for me just fine but the other one is broken. What do I do?
2. I actually bought a cheap $10 one as well sent as gift and he screwed it up, can I get that reset as well? This account is fine.
