In-Game Icons - A "One-Time Deal"?

I appear to only be able to use the "Redeem badges" tool once, and every time after that it doesn't appear to actually work. Here's my scenario:

The day the hive.naturalselection2.com was launched, I redeemed my badges so I could get my gorge and skulk icons in-game. About a week or so later, I decided to donate a few bucks to the Reinforced program. Eager to get my silly little babbler icon, I attempted to redeem my badges again. Upon being told it was successful, I can't get my babbler icon to show up on either the Hive or in-game. You can see on my Forums account that I do, infact, have the babbler for support.

Thanks for any help/suggestions/trolling.

    Ohh I see, you have to go to the Reward Claim thing on the Reinforced Program page first, before you can redeem them.
