Bought NS2 during Halloween sale. Added to wrong account. Not sure what to do next.

First, this is my fault, but I was confused. I didn't know I had two Steam accounts registered to the same e-mail address with two very similar login names (I still have that dinosaur login format from when Steam was in beta). I had absolutely no idea I even had the 2nd account in the first place. Still, I managed to login into that 2nd account, and bought NS2 during the Halloween sale. I asked Steam to transfer the game, but they said they only do refunds. So I'm stuck with either keeping the game on an unused account (I haven't played it once yet), or do a refund, and pay the full price if I want the game on my actual account. Would it be possible to buy the game again at the Halloween sale price? I have my receipt, and can provide proof that I would get the previous copy refunded.

Nah, didn't really know about that. If nothing else, I'll do that.
It is already avaible for everyone. It's still a beta because there are some issues yet ns2 works fine with it.
