I'm getting these short FPS spikes that are totally killing my enjoyment of the game.
Here's a short video of a few of these lag spikes (sorry for quality, youtube butchers video).
See all that hitching? It's driving me nuts.
I have tried disabling SLI, tried turning off physx, I played with r_stats on and do not appear to ever be bottlenecking, and my game is on a SSD.
My hardware:
i7-3770k @ 4.5GHz
16GB DDR3
2x GTX 670 in SLI
Crucial M4 128GB SSD
Windows 8.1

haha no I wasn't drunk during this particular game. You don't see the hitching going on in that video? I thought it was very clear.
Right in the very first clip around 7 seconds there is a MASSIVE spike. You really don't see me lurch forward right there? O_o
Theres no real solution.
Well, I don't have this kind of hitching, so I guess there must be a solution.
Do you have those lags constantly or just from time to time?
Have you tried switching dx9 /dx11?
