need help with the reinforcement program

I play Natural selection 2 over steam. and i realy like this game so i thought of helping in the reinforcment program. so i purchased the shadow pack. everything went well and paypal transfered my money.

and heres my question/problem: what now?

its over a week since then and i stil have nothing. not an email nor skins ingame. does someone here know something? or could one of the Unknown Worlds Team help me, please?

    I'm not sure of all the steps but I know one is to connect your steam account with the hive. http://hive.naturalselection2.com one you have logged in, you will see an option on the left side to manage badges. If you don't see your shadow badge and everything, well someone else here will have better information. But yes, once your steam account is connected, it should probably have your stuff ready.

    Hope this gets you down right path. Someone else may probably chime in with more info.

    Seems like he hasn't got the link/ keys email to activate the badge/skins for his steam/forum account. So logging into hive won't help him at all.

    @Hugh @ironhorse Coud you post the email for problems with reinforcement payment somewhere again, i was unable to find it (thought it was humble bundle support (contact@humblebundle.com) but not sure atm)

    I myself was waiting for someone else with the correct email, before it was in the webbed post of @flayra but yeah he updated it and removed the uwe email for problems with payments. ;)
