  Alright guys, thanks for all your support and effort you put into this issue. I've reinstalled Windows and Natural Selection works fine now. I still think that the main reason for the fps drop was the redistributable package I installed with Call of Duty Ghosts. Anyways fortunately I can play NS2 now again so let's bite some 'rines
