its a shame, every time that hostess girl molly shows up i get so distracted by her clear discomfort and nervousness that i feel like i'm watching a silly child with a pretty face. shame.
no doubt she does very well as a model.

Because she's employed by ESL. She doesn't know anything about NS2 or NS1. She does coverage of CS:GO. I'm sure if she had a choice she would have skipped it just because of her lack of knowledge, but props to her for agreeing to be a part of something (again) that she knows little about.
You could hear everything, but it was pretty low and the audience was always talking or screaming in those intense moments, so we missed alot of the commentary. Something to adjust for next time maybe, raising the studio sound? Didn't mind it much since the energy of the crowd was awesome

Having the sound turned down was actually a player request - for the first couple games we could actually hear the TVs/casters through the headphones.
I was worried that the players could hear the casters after they pumped up the volume. Was sitting in the crowd when one of the casters described a stealth move very enthusiastically, don't remember if it was a tunnel, hive or phase gate, but I was pretty sure the players could hear it. Did hope they wore noise cancelling headphones.
Also, since I am shortsighted as a mole, I probably looked pretty stupid trying to read the "fine print" on the screen. ^^
They were passive noise canceling headphones, so it was still pretty easy to hear the casters before they turned down the volume in the studio. Was really easy to hear the crowd too, which was annoying, then you realize they're cheering for you and it's a little overwhelming.
