I cant find any populated servers?

I have had this problem lately where I cant find a single server that has people,but here is the thing, I check online to see if there are servers and it shows many servers that are full! I go back onto the game and the servers that were full have 0 players in them.I do sometimes find a russian server with 2 or 3 people but the ping is extremely high and I cant communicate with anybody.I have asked for help on steam too but I'm getting nowhere.I have already reduced max ping to 500 and then 250 but no luck.I have also restarted my computer many times and still no luck.Its strange because only a few weeks ago I was enjoying the game.I really want to play this game because I do truly love it.Any help would be appreciated Thank you
