Cysting bugs on mineshaft

I've experience this type of bug alot. Today I couldn't cyst into cave, cavern and parts of sorting. When the cyst were destroyed in crusher the working cyst in brew room didn't count, so repair wasn't considered connected to my cyst chain.
This may not be new, but are there some workarounds within game to fix this, not everyone wants to vote to change the map(resets didn't fix the issue).

ETA: With the next patch it seems. Week or two is my best guess.
