Problem with key bindig (unfuctioning key on keyboard)

Hey!

My ESCAPE key doesnt work atm, i know why i have opened it but currently i'm ordering new keyboard anyway. How can i bind the menu key from escape, to another key like "F3" or "F4" for instance.

Is this possible? YOU cannot bidn escape key out OF THE MENU. It needs to be done within the console, so does anyone know bit about the keybindig commands?

    Afaik you can't rebind the Escape key in the vanilla game as it is defined in the code to open and close the menu.

    Maybe use some hotkey software to do this like AutoHotkey ( not hard to remap the keyboard with it ) ;)

    Otherwise you can still use "disconnect" and "quiet" in the console to exit the game

    Thanks for your response, i tought that this is a possibility. Some games seemsto have hard coded the escape for the menu, but there are some exceptions in games which actually needs escape in the gameplay (FE. SC2).

    Thats a damn shame, because fe. if i would like to change pmy sensitivity in game, its not possible other than disconnecting, getting the menu up and chancing and then loading map again...
