    Do you have this in your DLC Tab in the properties of NS2 on your Steam account? If not then you don't have it.

    With a little bit more info, if you purchased way back when before the Alpha released (Jul 27, 2010) then you should have a email sent to you back from when the Alpha started or a key on the humblestore registered to your email address.

    I think the necroer has the same problem as the OP, but I'm not entirely sure.
