  It's easily possible, but I'm not sure if you need twice the bandwidth or if Twitch re-route the same stream after the fact.

  I've been streaming pretty regularly. Mostly my POV but I cast scrims when invited. Mostly for newer fledging teams that like to use the footage as review material.
