Crashing and still have the skill factor issue

Well I haven't played the game all weekend after the update. I made a topic about skill factor a few days ago and had a dev tell me it would be fixed the next update (this update). Well, since launching the game today, I have FINALLY reached level 2 after 11h and some change play time, so I guess that's fixed kinda, but I still have a negative skill factor of -350. I don't know if this is supposed to stay like this or if it never got fixed. Next, the crashing. Well to be quite blunt, I can't even play the game. I launch NS2, get to the main menu, click server browse, it freezes for about 5 seconds, then when I refresh my servers the game freezes, to go none-responsive, or crash all together.
