NS2 build 268 problems

Firstly of all I can't join any server i try to connect to , it comes saying that I do not match server's files.
-I tried to delete all of my mods and even the game itself, but for some odd reason; even though I unsubbed from all of them , leaving only 4 subbed, it downloads all of previously subbed mods.
-I just reinstalled my windows after a drive wipe and as well steam.
-I keep deleting the mod folder but it keeps coming back with the mods I don't want

It would show us the error etc.
Deleting mods is not enough.. you have to de activate them in the in game menu (Mods button) and you can also go through Steam Workshop and manually un subscribe from these items.
