I have bought the pack within the lat couple days it was on sale for 1.50 installed it. the game didn't update. so I figured run it see what's wrong. So i run it NOTHING so I quit the game and it syncs to the cloud but doesn't update I'm trying to re-install it but I have no clue what's happening

    well it worked but their is no Character Customization on my menu

    You need to be in-game (joined a server) for the customization menu to be available. This is due to some technical limitatons we currently have in the system. However, we have plans to address this in the future.
