Yes. If you get close enough to it, you can remove it it shows a tooltip telling you how to remove. I think by clicking your "E" use button -- and you will get the resources back.
You can also use the Terraformer to remove that part of the terrain. That way you don't have to remove your foundation/corridor if you like that particular spot.
Also, word of warning: There is a bug. If you have two corridors stacked one on top of the other and a ladder to connect them and you want to remove them. Always remove the ladder first, otherwise you will automatically lose the ladder and the resources for it.
edit: Just tested it. The same goes for windows and reinforcements. In order not to lose resources you must remove them first, then the corridor.
